At ROB Digital Marketing Agency, we aim to provide high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of customized digital work, our Refund and Cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Project Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation before the project begins and receive a partial refund after deducting administrative or consultation charges (if applicable).
- If a project has already started, only unused services (if any) may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the work completed and time spent.
- Once a project milestone is completed or delivered, that part of the payment is non-refundable.
- For urgent or express delivery projects, no cancellations are accepted after confirmation.
2. Refund Policy by Service
🔹 Web Designing & Development
- 50% advance payment is non-refundable once project work has commenced.
- If the client cancels the project before completion, no refund is provided for work already done.
- Final payment must be made before the website is published or delivered.
🔹 Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Ads)
- 100% payment is required upfront, and it is non-refundable once the campaign setup or optimization begins.
- Paid ad budgets (Google, Meta, etc.) are handled directly through those platforms and are subject to their refund policies, not ours.
🔹 Advertisement Content Creation (Posts, Videos)
- Creative work (posters, reels, videos) is custom-made and thus non-refundable once production starts.
- If cancellation occurs before work starts, a partial refund may be issued (up to 50%).
3. Missed Deadlines or Delays
- If delays are caused from our side without valid reasons and no work is delivered, a full or partial refund may be considered.
- Delays caused due to client-side issues (no content, feedback, or communication) are not eligible for a refund.
4. Disputes
- All refund or cancellation requests must be emailed to: robdigitalmarketingagency@gmail.com
- We will review the case within 7 business days and communicate the final decision.
5.Refund Policy for Digital Products
Please note that all digital product purchases are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if you face any issues with the product (such as file corruption, download issues, or missing elements), please contact us at admin@robdigitalmarketingagency.com within 7 days of purchase. We will assist you in resolving the issue or provide an alternative download link.
Refund Policy for Services
Our existing service refund policies remain applicable for WordPress Development and Digital Marketing services as defined in your service agreement.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on our website.
