All services are customized according to the needs of each client and may vary in scope, timeline, and cost.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
• Approve or provide feedback within specified timelines.
• Ensure they have rights to all materials (logos, images, content) shared with us.
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms

3. Payment Terms

• Web Designing & Development:
  A 50% advance payment is required before the project starts. The remaining 50% must be settled before the final website is published or handed over. Work will not be launched or made live until full payment is received.
• Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.):
  100% full payment is required before the work starts for digital marketing-related services and campaign execution.
• Advertisement Content Creation (Posts, Reels, Videos):
  Full payment is required upfront before the creative process begins.
• Accepted Payment Methods: [Add your preferred options – UPI, Bank Transfer, PayPal, etc.]
• Late payments may result in project delays, pausing services, or additional fees.
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or been partially delivered.

4. Project Timelines

• Estimated timelines are provided during project discussion and depend on client cooperation and feedback.
• Delays caused by the client (lack of response, late content delivery) may shift the project timeline.

5. Revisions & Edits

• Minor revisions are included (up to [2–3] rounds depending on service).
• Major revisions or additional requirements after final delivery may incur extra charges.
• Revisions must be requested within [7] days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the final deliverables (websites, graphics, videos) will be transferred to the client.
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and confidentiality.
• Client data and project details will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Projects canceled after confirmation are subject to a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for services already started or delivered.
• Custom work is non-refundable due to the nature of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for the loss of data, ranking, or revenue caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook) or external factors.

10. Third-Party Tools & Services

• We may use third-party tools (e.g., plugins, themes, ad platforms) during projects.
• We are not responsible for the updates, availability, or changes in such third-party tools or platforms.

11. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches these terms or behaves unethically.
• Any outstanding dues must be cleared before termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu,India

13.Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products sold on our website (including but not limited to poster templates, video templates, and e-books) are for personal or business use only. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of purchased products without permission is strictly prohibited.

By purchasing our digital products, you agree to:

• Use the product for personal or internal business use only.
• Not resell, repackage, or redistribute the product in any form.
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights.
